Bangkok Book orders and info

I have lots of enquires about if its possible to get the book, how much it will cost and what’s not, and I am going to answer it in this post.

We are working on really tight deadline and we got quotations for the prices of the book. We wanted to do 100 pages, but it appears that 100 pages will not be enough (hey, we got 9 girls!), and now its going to be 125-130 pages. The book is A5 size, horizontal. Semxy layout =D

If we print 50 books, it’s 16-17 USD each.

If we print 100 books, it’s 14-15 USD each.

If we print 150 books, it’s 12-13 USD each.

We are not going to give 9 books to the girls, probably 2-3 books because we are not taking donations for it (I think. Gonna re-check with partner tonight).

However, we NEED you guys to purchase a book if it’s possible. Because if we print below 10 books, it’s going to cost > $40 for each book. And that’s really insane for us.

Shipping wise, we cannot be sure now how heavy the book will be but high chances will be if you are going Bangkok for the concert, you can get the book there (once again, mental note to check w Tang).

We might be able to ship you the book only in early June after Tang’s back from Korea. We are both flying over to Korea this 20/21st May and the book will be delivered then. Because we are working on tight deadline, the book will be done probably a day or two before Tang flies off to Korea, so technically, there isnt much time to send to you guys.

The book is divided into different parts.

The 1st and most important would be the messages. All the girls will have 20 messages directed to each of them in either 4 or 5 pages depending on which will look better for the layout.

Next up will be the 3 years of SNSD and SONEs. This part, we’ll have pictures of the girls in the different eras along their way to superstardom. Each girl will have a page. What we will be writing in those parts are up for suggesting  HERE

Then we’ll have pictures of SONEs as well in between those pages. SONEs pictures submission: HERE. Each of the category will also start w a page where we’ll have a group picture of the girls with a good line from the song in that era.

Cover – The Korean is a translation from the English to give the non-English speaking members an idea of what the book is about.
